HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY 30 MINUTE INTRODUCTION TO PERSONAL COACHING SESSION?

For this session, we'll touch on what you'd like to achieve through personal life coaching, and if we're the right fit to work on the changes you'd like to make in your life. Sometimes, the style of coaching doesn't match with how you learn, and that can leave you feeling unsatisfied from the experience. 

To get the most benefit from this time, I would suggest writing out what you hope coaching will help you achieve, and, if you used a coaching service in the past, what was good and not so good from that experience. 

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

The first step to working with me is to schedule a 30 minute introduction session, which is held online. From here we'll define what you want to achieve with your personal and professional goals. 

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I INVEST IN PERSONAL LIFE COACHING?

Developing good habits takes up to 60 days, and mindset shifts take even longer, so think of coaching more like an investment in a lifestyle change. We all advance at a different pace, and some areas of your life need more attention than others. Plan to dedicate at least three to six months for coaching, with activities between sessions to experience a marked change in your lifestyle.

WHAT IF AFTER THE THIRD COACHING SESSION I DON’T FEEL LIKE I MADE ANY PROGRESS?

This is normal. The beginning sessions start to change your perspective and help you understand the behaviours that are keeping you from achieving your goals. Hang in there! Personal shifts don’t just happen—sometimes we really have to work on them. Undoing what wasn't working for you in the past may take extra time. But the reward is priceless!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN THE SELF-DISCOVERY SESSION?

This session is 90 minutes long and is a very important next step to fulfilling your personal and professional goals. There are certain exercises you will go through to determine what goals are most important to focus on in order to achieve the best overall result. Once we know the desired outcome of your coaching experience we'll create a coaching plan to most efficiently reach your goals.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY COACHING SESSIONS?

All single coaching sessions are paid upon booking. If you commit to monthly coaching, then payment is due on the first of each month, or set of months. Pricing options are available following the introduction session. Showing your commitment to investing in positive change is the first step.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL LIFE COACHING OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

Hosting my coaching sessions in an online meeting room called Zoom, allows me to coach people anywhere in the world. I've helped clients in countries such as: Columbia, Serbia, United States, Iran, Philippines, Turkey, and all over Canada. 
For different time zones we can arrange a time that works within our schedules. A reasonable command of the English language is needed.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M READY TO EXPERIENCE PERSONAL LIFE COACHING?

During the 30 minute initial meeting, we'll discuss your needs and what you want help with. We’ll also talk about your commitment and if you’re ready for change. Transformation requires self-awareness, eliminating bad habits, and developing new habits. So I'm confident you'll be up for it! Keep in mind that hard work doesn’t mean being overwhelmed, so in my coaching environment you'll experience a balance of being challenged and being supported. Although, we’ll always progress at a pace that produces the best results for you.
